The Energy of Conflict

It’s not just about who’s right or wrong. It’s about the energy behind: Disagreement. Judgment. Gossip. Misinformation. Anger.

Frustration. Blame. Fear.

These emotions—whether between nations, cities, neighborhoods, friends, families, or coworkers—are all part of the same energetic field. There is no real

difference between what’s happening in the Middle East and what’s happening in your office. The situations may appear vastly different, leading you to think, “This can’t possibly be the same thing.” Look at the emotions involved—they are identical. They foster separation, distance, non-acceptance, and fear.

True change begins within because the external world is just a mirror of our internal state.

So how do you begin to transform? How do you start to see better outcomes, positive emotions, and people working together? How do you see the end of war?

It starts with Awareness.

Before change, there must be awareness. You begin to notice the patterns: Judgment in your thoughts. Tension in your body. Reactivity in your speech. This awareness is not blame—it’s observation.

2. Recognition of Resonance.

You realize that the conflict you see outside resonates with something inside. The anger you feel toward the news mirrors unresolved anger within. The fear you sense in the world echoes fear you carry. This is not equivalence—it’s resonance.

3. Shift in Perception.

Once you see the resonance, you can choose differently. Instead of reacting, you pause. Instead of judging, you inquire. Instead of blaming, you breathe. This shift doesn’t change the world immediately—but it changes your field.

4. Field Coherence.

As your internal field stabilizes, your external interactions begin to shift. Conversations soften. Boundaries become clearer. Opportunities for healing arise. This is not magic—it’s coherence.

5. Ripple Effect.

Your coherence affects others. Not by force, but by presence. People feel safer around you. They mirror your calm. This is how change spreads—not by argument, but by example.

Summary:

Change begins within because:

·         The world is a mirror.

·         Resonance reveals what needs healing.

·         Coherence in you creates coherence around you.
