Payment Terms
Payment is required in full at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session in order to confirm and reserve your appointment time. Sessions that are not paid within this timeframe may be released or canceled.

All purchases for Clarity Coaching Packages and Intuitive Channeling Sessions are final and non-refundable. This policy honors the time, preparation, and energy that are thoughtfully set aside for each client.

If you need to reschedule, you may do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduled sessions must be used within the current calendar year and are subject to availability. Requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed sessions, may result in the forfeiture of that session.

By purchasing a Clarity Coaching Package or an Intuitive Channeling Session with Carlene Tanner, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being before, during, and after your session(s). These services are intended to support personal insight, reflection, and growth, and are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
